Great experience at a guest house with a homely feel. Friendly hosts and clean rooms. Good water pressure in the shower. WiFi worked well for my work. Small heater in the room was a nice touch. The manager was very pleasant and helpful.

we were offered a twin room complete with the bathroom and queen bed, for instance. all the personnel was outstandingly accommodating and really accommodating. the location was favourable, within walking distance of rotorua district council.

The location near Polynesian Spa is fantastic, and the rooms are in a beautiful building, extremely comfortable, and have lovely decor.

The rooms have their own private bathrooms 🚿. The staff here are really friendly and welcoming all the time. Plus, you can't beat the amazing location - it's super close to the Polynesian Spa!

I had an excellent stay at this guest house. The value for my money was outstanding - clean room, comfortable beds, and great facilities like the kitchen and common area. The location was perfect, with restaurants, thermal pools, and grocery stores just a short walk away. The staff, especially Scarlet, were friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The morning meal could be improved with the addition of a table lamp by the bed. The main ceiling light in the room was too bright.
